How do we make a reservation:
Email or call to let us know the dates and condo desired. I will then email a rental agreement to you.

A pre-payment in the amount of $150 and the signed rental agreement would be mailed back to us to hold the reservation.  
(I will block out the dates once an email is received to reserve the unit. I will hold the dates for 14 days, if no deposit is
received in that 14 days, the dates are made available again)
If making a reservation without sufficient time to mail payment, you can sign and fax the agreement and payment can be made
with a credit card through Pa
y Pal.  There is an additional 3% fee on the amount paid for using Pay Pal.

When is payment due:
Your $150 pre-payment of rent is due within 14 days of making the reservation.  Your balance, minus any amount paid,  would
then be paid about 15 days prior to your arrival date. When received we will send you the entry code to your unit, no keys to
keep up with here.

If you are asked for a security deposit?
If you are asked for a security deposit, it would be held as security. Once you depart, the unit is cleaned and inspected. With
the departure instructions followed and no damage, the full deposit is then refunded. (usually mailed back within 2 business
days).

Do you allow pets?
Although we love pets, no complex we manage will allow a guests to bring a pet.  Owners at most complexes I manage does
allow owners only to have pets on site.

Do you allow smoking?
All of our units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only. The balconies are fine as long as you
dispose of all butts properly.

How close are the condos to the Beach?
It varies, some are across the low volume, two lane street, some are directly on the beach.

Is there shopping near by?
Yes. All units are within minutes of shops and restaurants.

Is there phone service?
Yes, free local phone service is provided.  800 and calling cards can be used. Long distance calls are blocked.  To call local
numbers, no area code is needed. The phone number to the unit is printed on your invoice


Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the property?
Yes, our condos have a full kitchen including cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, blender and dishwasher and much more.

Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Is there a Washer and Dryer?
Yes, We have washer and dryers in each unit.

Is the property cleaned daily?
No, the property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request mid-stay cleans at an additional
charge.

Is there cleaning supplies/paper products provided?
We do not supply any chemicals in the units, sometimes we have some on site that has been left by a previous guest. There
is a mop, broom, dustpan, iron and ironing board in each unit.
We do provide some starter products:
Toilet paper (1), paper towels (1), garbage bags
(1), hotel size Bath Soap (1), hotel size shampoo (1), dish soap and a dish
washing detergent tablet.
You will be responsible for your other needs there after.

Do you accept major credit cards?
Yes, credit card payments are accepted through Pay Pal at this time. An additional 3% fee on the total will be charged.

What will we be responsible for when we check out?
Full checkout instructions will be posted on the refrigerator in each unit.
Please take out all trash and dispose in the proper trash receptacle. Remove all items from the refrigerator and wash and
replace all dishes.
